Now you can join this exciting career field. Tidewater Tech Trades’ Auto Technician Program will prepare you for an entry-level job in auto repair. You’ll learn automotive service standards and requirements. Plus, develop desirable work habits and attitudes, such as efficiency, organization and how to prioritize. You will learn how to use critical thinking to solve complex mechanical and electrical problems. Good auto techs have strong communication and analytical skills, as well as a desire to learn.
